The site is located in the protection zone of the Historic Centre of Macau, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the area that is classified as immovable property (historical architecture)and in the Ensembles category in Macau. The project had been developed several times in different years and came up with some potential concepts. All concepts have good-looking designs and are well-balanced with the surroundings. Unfortunately, all concepts were not continued.
