01- BUST OF D. BELCHIOR CARNEIRO

D. Belchior Carneiro was a Catholic Bishop of Macau and a founder of the Holy House of Mercy. The monument is located at Travessa da Misericórdia near Senado Square. The Travessa da Misericórdia area is included in the protection zone of the Historic Centre of Macau, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It consists of two parts. The upper part is the bust of D. Belchior Carneiro which is made of Chinese bronze. The pedestal is made of white marble.

02- MONUMENT OF THE POET CAMILO PESSANHA

The monument consists of the bronze human-scale Portuguese poet Camilo Pessanha ‘s statue and a pedestal that is placed next to the statue. The pedestal, which is taller than the statue, is made of granite and limestone, and together with a dog made of bronze.

03- MONUMENT OF THE POET ADE DOS SANTOS FERREIRA

The monument consists of a limestone pedestal, the bronze books statue, and the bronze poet Ade dos Santos Ferreira’s statue sitting on the pedestal.
