Gold medal winner of the Macau Architectural Awards 2009/2010.The project is located at Saint Lazarus area. The groups of historic buildings are classified as immovable properties (historical architecture)and in the ensembles category in Macau. It was a former Senior Citizens House around one hundred years old, renewed to use as an office, restaurant, and art gallery.
